Rough Outline for Your Annotated Bibliographies

Again, there's an example in your book (page 160) but this is basically what I'm looking for...



Title (a research question)

Introduction about why you care about this topic and a little on the topic itself (just one paragraph).  Note: later, you can probably adapt this paragraph into your actual Researched Argument.

MLA Citation for Source #1

A paragraph of summary for Source #1 (work in a quote or two with an internal citation, if possible).

MLA Citation for Source #2

A paragraph of summary for Source #2 (work in a quote or two with an internal citation, if possible).

Etc.….

Eventually, you want SIX sources, all with short paragraphs explaining their relevance.  Trust me, investing time in this now will save you a great deal of headache later when you sit down to write the actual paper!
